Zagros Shoes guarantees the delivery of orders within 48 hours following the purchase, for residents of the cities of Gatineau and Ottawa. Zagros Shoes assumes the delivery fees when the order exceeds an amount of 100$ and more applicable before taxes, for shipping addresses inside Canada. All other destinations will be subject to shipping fees paid by the customer. Zagros Shoes guarantees quality products and takes the responsibility of the delivery fees in case of a defective product. The refund must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date to be applicable.
